A: Direct selling is defined as, "The sale of a consumer product or service, person-to-person, away from a fixed retail location." It is the selling model used to distribute Sportron products. Although direct selling has been around for thousands of years, it has become increasingly popular since the 1950's. Q: Why aren't Sportron products sold in stores?
A: Sportron was founded in 1992 with the goal of ensuring personalized service and absolute customer satisfaction to our customers. The best way to meet that goal is to distribute the products through a network of dedicated Distributors. Your Sportron Independent Marketing Associate is available to help you to explore and select the Sportron products that are right for you and your family.

Q: Why haven't I heard of Sportron before?
A: If you haven't heard of Sportron before, it may be because our products aren't available through stores or advertised on TV, as most consumer products are. Instead, the benefits of Sportron products are shared with our consumers by Marketing Associates, on a person-to-person basis. You can order Sportron products from your Associate or directly through Sportron. Either way, all product sales are credited to an Associate.

Q: What is Sportron's Privacy Policy?
A: Keeping customer information private is a priority for Sportron International, Inc.

Customers and Associates have direct control over e-mail marketing messages that are sent by Sportron. Your personal information is kept secure by Sportron and is never sold or shared with third-party entities. Please read the Sportron Privacy Policy for more info.

Q: I've heard that any vitamin will do. Why should I choose Sportron?
A: There is strong scientific evidence that dietary, or Real Food vitamins are much more effective than synthetic (isolated) supplements. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with any Sportron product purchased directly from Sportron, he or she may return the empty containers to the Company within 90 days, for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Q: How long are Sportron products good?
A: The Sportron dietary supplements are stamped with an expiration date. The product expiration will generally be several months to a few years, depending on perishability of the individual product. Unless otherwise noted with a stamped expiration date, new unopened personal care products are good from 2 years to 3 years, depending on the product.

Ordering

Q: How do I order?
A: If you are a Preferred Customer simply contact the Associate who introduced you to Sportron. They will give you their personal Sportron website address so that you can order online.

If you are a Sportron Marketing Associate you may place an order at sportron.com..

Both Preferred Customers AND Associates can also phone in their order in by calling 1-800-843-1202 from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our Order Entry Staff can assist you in placing your order.

Q: What are Sportron's shipping policies?
A: All Sportron orders are charged shipping and handling based on the value of the order. See the shipping & Handling Fees below. Standard Shipping is through Priority Mail for those packages that are 3 pounds or less. UPS ground service is used for all orders over 3 pounds.
Standard Shipping & Handling Fees: 6% of total Wholesale Price Plus $2.75

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of Bank / Credit Card approval. Priority Mail orders should arrive within 2 – 3 days of the date the order is shipped. UPS orders should arrive within 3 – 5 business days.

Q: What is an Auto-Ship order?
A: This is a recurring monthly order for selected products. Your second order will be charged and shipped approximately 21 days from your first order to assure you do not run out of product. You will be billed and shipped your Auto-Ship order approximately every 30 days thereafter. You may change your Auto-Ship order at any time by notifying Sportron. Any additional orders you place during the month will not interfere with your Auto-Ship Order.

Becoming a Marketing Associate

Q: How can I become a Marketing Associate?
A: It's simple. All you need is to be sponsored by an existing Sportron Associate. Contact the Associate who told you about Sportron.

Q: Can I be a part-time Sportron Associate?
A: Of course! Although many Associates decide to go full time with Sportron, our business opportunity is also an ideal way to earn some extra spending cash by working on a part-time basis. For more information, click here.

Q: How Do I Stay Qualified as an Associate
A: To receive all of the benefits of a Sportron Associate you agree to purchase a minimum of 39 Product Points (about $45) in Sportron products every month. The average Associate actually consumes more than twice this amount. You can sell the products or consume them yourself.

Q: What is a Back-Up order?
A: Marketing Associates have the choice of either setting up an Auto-Ship Order (see Auto-Ship Information in Ordering above) or a Back-Up Order. A Back-Up Order will only become effective and shipped in the event that the Marketing Associate does not produce the minimum 39 product points during the month. Any regular order of 39 points or more during the month will cancel the Back-Up order for that month. You may change your Back-Up order at any time by notifying Sportron.

Q: What are Product Points or P.P.?
A: P.P. stands for "Product Points.” Each Sportron product has an assigned Point value. All Sportron bonuses and qualifications are based on product points.

Q: What does P.P.P. stand for?
A: P.P.P. stands for “Personal Product Points.” This consists of the point value of the products purchased as well as the point value of any re-orders of products by your Preferred Customers after their first calendar month.

Q: What does O.P.P. stand for?
A: O.P.P. stands for “Organizational Product Points.” This consists of your personal product points (product orders you purchased) combined with the product orders of your customers as well as your downline Associates and their customers down eight levels.

Q: Why is a Social Security number needed to sign up?
A: For federal and state tax reporting purposes, a Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is required. Your personal information is kept secure by Sportron and is never sold or shared with third-party entities.

Compensation

Q: How Do I Get Paid?
A: There are nine different ways to make money with Sportron. The Compensation Plan can be broken up into the following areas:

- Fast Start Bonuses
Put money in your pocket NEXT WEEK! You can earn 40% on your new Customer and Associates first calendar month’s orders. In addition you can earn hundreds; even thousands every month by helping your new Associates get off to a fast start.

- Residual Income
Build up a constant income stream for today, and into your retirement! Earn between 4% and 12% on all of the Customers and Associates monthly re-orders down eight full levels.

- Leadership Income
As you climb the ladder of success with Sportron you can soon qualify for some VERY lucrative leadership bonuses. Earn Growth Bonuses as you achieve each new leadership level. Earn monthly Car Bonuses of up to $2000. Share in up to 8% of Sportron’s monthly revenue each and every month.

- Infinity Bonuses
Become an All-Star and watch your income explode! Earn special All-Star infinity bonuses of $25 to $125 on sales worldwide to 20 – 50 levels deep or more!

- Customer Earnings
Know anyone who needs our products? Earn up to 35% on all customers who re-order directly from the company as well as up to 30% on any retail sales you make.

Q: When do I get paid?
A: Associate’s can receive up to two weekly and one monthly bonus checks from Sportron. Bonus checks on each month's basic activity are mailed on the 15th of the following month. Each week Sportron mails checks out for the Advertising Bonus and Volume Rebate from the previous week’s activity and pays the All-Star bonuses from two weeks prior on a separate bonus check.

Q: What are the different Leadership Levels Available?
- Consultant
An Associate who enrolls and maintains one personally enrolled active Associate and produces 39 p.p.p.

- Manager
An Associate who enrolls and maintains three personally enrolled active Associates and produces 39 p.p.p.

- Team Manager
An Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum of 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 3,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- Senior Manager
An Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 6,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- Group Manager
An Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 9,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- National Manager
An Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum of 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 12,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- Director
An Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum of 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 20,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- Senior Director
As Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 30,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- Executive Director
As Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 50,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- National Sales Director
As Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 150,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

- National VICE PRESIDENT
As Associate who has a minimum of three personally enrolled active Associates, produces a minimum 100 p.p.p. and has an organizational volume of 250,000 o.p.p. with no more than 60% of qualifying volume in one leg.

Q: How does the Infinity Bonus work?
A: Sportron’s 9% Infinity Bonus allows you to be paid to infinity. Infinity Bonuses start from Team Manager and pays you from 1% to 9% on everyone in your organization to infinity or until the next Associate at your level or higher.

Q: What is the 60% Rule?
A: To encourage you to build a solid and balanced organization, Sportron has introduced the 60% Rule. What this means is that no more than 60% of qualifying volume can come from 1 leg for promotion purpose.

Example: To become a Team Manager, you need to have 3,000 in volume. The most you can use from 1 leg is 1,800 points. The balance of 1,200 points must come from your other legs.

 

Associate Training

Q: What kind of Training and Support will be available to me?
A: Sportron Associates receive essential support from two key partners in developing their business: their upline sponsor, and the Sportron Home Office. From their upline sponsor, Associates receive group and one-on-one coaching, and formal Training is available through National Events, Web Information, Audio’s, Video’s and Conference Calls.
