Returns by Preferred Customers
Sportron offers Direct / Preferred Customers an unconditional 90 day money-back guarantee on the last order placed. If, for any reason, a Direct / Preferred Customer is dissatisfied with any Sportron product, he or she must return the unused product in its original container or return the empty containers to the Company within 90 days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Procedures for All Returns
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
a) All containers and unused merchandise must be returned by the customer who purchased it directly from Sportron. If the merchandise was purchased as part of a value package, the entire package must be returned.
b) The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the original dated packing slip.
c) Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Sportron shipping pre-paid. Sportron does not accept collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the customer. If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment.
*No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
