We pay all commission via Global Cash Card. Click here to print the Global Cash Card form. Complete the form and Fax to (972) 548-7080.

Income Taxes

Any St. Lucia Associate earning bonuses from the USA will be required to complete and sign an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) W-8 form and return it to Sportron USA. This will avoid you having to pay taxes in the US. To download this W-8 form, click here.
